浅谈固定型防酸防爆式铅蓄电池常见故障及处理

铅蓄电池常见的不正常运行和故障主要有电解液量减少或增多、极板硫化、极板弯曲、断裂、短路、反极、活性物质过量脱离、电解液不纯、内阻增大、电池过克等。产生这些故障的原因。除产品质量、自然损耗、环境温度、湿度等诸多因素外，大多数是由于维护、使用不当造成的。本文以固定型防酸、防爆式铅蓄电池为例，介绍一些常见的故障及处理。

Brief Discussion on the Common Failures in Fixed Anti-Acid and Anti-Explosion Lead Accumulator and Treatment

Abnormal operation and failure in lead accumulator mainly involves increase and decrease of electrolyte,sulphidization, bend, rupture,short circuit, reversed pole of pole-plate,excessive separation of active substance, impure electrolyte,increase of internal resistance and overcharge of accumnlator.In addition to such factors as product quality,natural wear,ambient temperature and humidity,most of the failures are caused by improper maintenance and application.Taking fixed anti-acid and antl-explosion lead accumulator as an ex- ample,this paper introduces some common failures and treatment.
