油田注水用磁力传动增压系统的研究

摘    要:目前国内各大油田的开发均进入中后期,各大油田的部分注水单井或区块高压欠注问题日趋突出,促使人们逐渐认识到发展增压注水工艺的必要性。迄今为止,增压注水泵已初步形成离心式、往复式两大类、数十个品种。为了解决油田特殊区块、单井的注水工艺要求,针对现有多级离心泵和高压柱塞泵存在的高压动密封问题,将磁力传动技术成功用于油田增压注水。磁传动式增压注水泵具有密封压力高、工作介质无泄漏、振动小、噪音低、运行平稳、免修期长等特点。在油田推广应用前景广阔,具有良好的经济、社会效益。
