| Abstract: | The growth mechanism of whisker was reviewed and then the structure characteristics,the physical and chemical properties of Si2N3 whisker were analyzed.The preparation methods of Si2N3 whisker were discussed.The recent application of Si2N3 whisker of reinforcing material has been commented in detail.Finally the future developing trend of the Si2N3 whisker was pointed out. |
