摘    要:介绍了攀枝花钢铁(集团)公司冶炼IF钢过程碳含量的变化以及过程增碳情况,分析了主要增碳因素以及增碳量,通过加入氧化铁皮球、RH加入锰合金、RH强制脱碳以及控制保护渣及耐材中的碳含量来降低钢中碳含量,为IF钢的生产实践提供了指导。工艺改进后IF钢成品平均碳质量分数降低到18×10-6左右,取得了明显的冶金效果。

Abstract:The change of the carbon content and the process of recarbonization in refining the IF steel in Panzhihua Iron & Steel(Group) Corporation are intradued.And the main factors for carbon pick-up are aralyzed as well as quantity of recarbonization.By charging the globular oxide scale and adding Mn alloyinto the RH and implementing the enforced decarbonization by RH as well as controlling the carbon content in the mould flux and refractory materials the carbon content in steel are reduced.The above mentioned res...
