Abstract:In order to suppress the influence of system disturbance on DC-side voltage and AC-side output power of a multi-port flexible multi-state switch (FMS), a new coordinated control strategy based on the fuzzy logic is proposed. This paper sets the constant DC voltage control port and the droop control port, and analyzes the system demands for the droop coefficient under different operation conditions from the steady state error of DC voltage and system stabilization time. Then, a kind of variable droop coefficient based on fuzzy logic is designed, which can change in real time according to the deviation of DC voltage and its changing trend, so as to accelerate the system stabilization process and avoid the influence of improper setting of the droop coefficient on the system control performance. Finally, a model of four-port FMS based on the modular multilevel converter is built in MATLAB/Simulink platform, and the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by the simulations compared with the traditional coordinated control strategies.
