棱柱型隐身桅杆结构强度试验研究

摘    要:以舰船棱柱型结构的全封闭型隐身桅杆为研究对象,利用比利时LMS公司的SCADAIII数据采集器及CADA-X信号分析系统和相关设备对其进行强度与振动试验,用试验获得的数据与利用ANSYS有限元计算软件计算的结果相比较,从而验证三维有限元法的可靠性.通过试验和计算对比,发现有限元计算和试验结果间的误差很小,并且在相同周期条件下,应力值随摇摆角度的增加而增加.在相同摇摆角度的条件下,应力值随周期的增加而减小.同时获得了一些关于这种复杂结构形式的桅杆在舰船不同纵(横)摇角、周期及桅杆压载情况下,结构强度的有一定意义的研究成果,为隐身桅杆的设计提供参考.

Abstract:With a totally enclosed and prism-concealed mast as the study object, a structure intensity experiment for the mast is carried out primarily using SCADAIII data collecting system and LMS CADA-X signal analysis system. The reliability of the 3D finite element method using ANSYS software is verified with comparison of data obtained from the test and calculated results obtained from FEM.From this, we can find the error between the finite element method and the test is very small. It is also found that in the same cycle the value of stress increases along with the increase angle of sway; in the same angle of sway, the value of stress decreases along with the increase of cycle. The results also indicate the strength of the mast when the ship is in different angle of trim(or heel), different cycle of pitching(or rolling) and the different load on the mast which may help in mast design.
