跳汰床层运动参数的特性分析

摘    要:应用跳汰模型实验系统和高速动态分析系统,研究了跳汰床层在不同操作条件下的分层过程.研究表明,利用高速动态分析系统可以清晰地观察跳汰床层在10~(-2)~0.5×10~(-3)s内的运动情况.通过观察和分析,绘制了跳汰床层运动的位移、速度、加速度、能量和受力曲线,揭示了跳汰床层分层过程的一些现象和机理.

Abstract:The motion parameters of stratifying course in jigging were studied with jigging system and highspeed dynamic analysis meter under the different opterating conditions. Using high-speed dynamic analysis the motion of jigging bed was observed within an interval of 10-2-0. 5 X 10-3 s. So some phenomena were found that couldn't find with common means. From the experiment and analysis, the curves of position, velocity, acceleration, energy, and force were obtained with the special analysis software. It indicates that the dynamic causation of stratifying is pulging water and ascending flow plays an important role.
