企业能效综合评价方法研究

依据高能耗企业能源消费特点,构建了综合评价指标体系和综合评价模型,分别对企业经济、管理、技术和环境各方面进行能效综合评价。采用改进层次分析法确定指标权重,针对定性指标和定量指标建立不同的隶属度计算方法,运用从底向顶的方法对隶属度多层加权合成得到企业能效综合评价结果。最后通过实例运算证明了方法的科学性和可行性。

Research on Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Energy Efficiency for High Energy Consumption Enterprises
