基于集团管控的企业资质管理信息化系统设计与实践

面对越来越高度细分的、专业化的、管理规范的市场环境,资质证书成为企业迈入市场的通行证,资质管理对于企业经营和发展的重要性不言而喻。为了帮助企业更好地管理数量众多、涉及面广、要求繁复的各项资质,本文以基于集团管控的企业资质管理信息化系统为典型案例,给出了资质管理信息系统的需求分析、方案设计及主要界面设计,以期通过该信息系统动态掌握各项资质的信息,实现管理过程规范化和可视化,提高资质管理工作的效率。

Design and Practice of Qualification Management Information System Based on the Group Company Control

Facing the highly segmented,specialized,normalized market environment,the qualification certificate is very important for enterprise operation and development,and become the market-entry ticket.In order to help enterprises manage numerous,wide range,complicated requirements of the qualification,this paper is based on the qualification management information system for the typical case.In this paper,the design ideas as well as the requirement specifications,the frame structure design,and the main interface design of the qualification management information management system are introduced.By implementing this qualification information system,it is easily acquiring dynamic qualification information,quickly achieving management process standardization and visualization,greatly improving the efficiency of qualification management work.
