| 摘 要： | 氯胺酮是唯一具有镇痛作用的全身麻醉药，在儿科手术中应用广泛。未成年机体使用氯胺酮是否影响学习记忆功能一直是研究关注的焦点，大量研究表明，氯胺酮对学习记忆的影响可能通过 NMDA、单胺类等受体起作用，但其具体机制仍不明确。本文就近年来国内外关于氯胺酮对学习记忆影响的研究予以综述。

| Abstract: | Ketamine is the only general anesthetic with analgesic effect and is widely used in pediatric surgery.The effect of ketamine on learning and memory function in minors has always been a focus.A large number of experiments have shown that ketamine can affect learning and memory through NMDA and monoamine receptors.However,the specific mechanism is still un-clear.This review summarizes the research progress in the effect of ketamine on learning and memory function in recent years. |
