连续重整掺炼精制焦化汽油

摘    要:金陵石化炼油厂600kt/a连续重整装置掺炼加氢精制焦化汽油,最大掺炼比例达到30%左右,不仅解决了重整装置原料不足的问题,使装置平均负荷率由掺炼前75%提高到掺炼后的95%,而且为焦化汽油的利用找到了较好的出路。两年来的装置运转状况表明,提高对焦化汽油的加氢精制深度,提高脱硫率和脱氮率是掺炼焦化汽油的保障;为保证重整装置的芳烃产率不降低,需提高重整反应苛刻度。

Abstract:The feedstock shortage problem of the 600kt/a CCR unit at the Refinery of Jinling Petrochemical Corporation was solved by blending hydrotreated coker naphtha, which increased the throughput from 75% to 95% of the unit capacity. The largest blending ratio of the coker naphtha was around 30%. Two year running showed that deepening the hydrotreating conversion of coker naphtha for increasing the desulfurization and denitrogenation rates should be guaranteed. The reaction severity should also be raised for maintaining the yield of aromatics.
