稠油、高凝油侧钻水平井完井方法优选研究

摘    要:针对稠油,高凝油地层,开展了侧钻水平完井方法优选研究,获得了水平井的防砂判据和生产过程中井眼稳定性判据,推出了砂岩油藏侧钻水平井完井方式选择的流程图,从室内实验入手测定了各种目数地层砂充填层的渗透率,导出了16种侧钻水平井完井方式的产能预测数学模型。研究 水平井产量动态分析及经济效益评价模型,完成了稠油,高凝油侧钻水平井完井方法优选软件,实现了软件商品化。

Abstract:The optimal side-tracked horizontal well completion method in heavy oil and high pour point oil reservoir has been researched, sand control and borehole stability criteria have been obtained, and the flow chart for the optimal side-tracked horizontal well completion methods have been derived. The permeability of packed sands outside the slotted liner has been measured by experiment, 16 kinds of mathematical models for calculating productivity of side-tracked horizontal well have been developed. The performance analysis method of production of horizontal well and the economic evaluation model are studied, and the computer software for the side-tracked horizontal well completion method have been established ,the software is commercialized.
