基于软后坐技术的某自动迫击炮动力学分析

摘    要:结合某自动迫击炮采用软后坐技术的特点,建立了炮闩浮动式自动机动力学仿真模型,通过连发射击数值模拟,对内弹道时期炮闩前冲击发过程、自动机运动规律及后坐阻力、迟发火造成的影响等进行了综合分析.结果表明,采用了与软后坐技术相匹配的技术措施后,该炮在正常射击时的后坐阻力可以控制在15 kN以下,迟发火时的最大后坐阻力被控制在25 kN以下,提高了软后坐技术在自动迫击炮上的应用效果.

Abstract:Combined with the characteristics of soft recoil technology applied to Auto Mortar, a dynamic simulation model of automatic mechanism with floating breechblock was established. According to the numerical simulation of automatic firing, a synthesized analysis was given about the advancing primer ignition process of floating breechblock in the internal ballistic period, movement of automatic mechanism, and the effects of recoil resistance and de layed firing. By means of the method corresponding with the recoil technology, the recoil resistance of the gun can be limited under 15 kN, and the maximum resistance can be limited under 25 kN in the accident of delayed firing. The effect of the recoil technology applied to Auto Mortar is improved.
