食品安全风险交流国际经验及对我国的启示

摘    要:风险交流在食品安全应急管理方面意义重大,本文通过对欧盟、美国、日本等区域或国家食品安全风险交流现状的总结和分析,联系我国实际,提出从政府积极引导、风险交流制度化、建立沟通渠道、强化知识普及和基础研究四个方面完善我国食品安全风险交流制度。

Abstract:The effect of risk communication on food safety emergency management is of great significance. This article made summary and analysis about the status quo of risk communication in European Union, the United States, Japan and other regionals or countries. At last, some recommendations were raised, such as actively guidance from government, risk communication institutionalized, establishing channels of communication, and strengthening literacy and basic research to improve food safety risk communication in China
