原子吸收光谱法测定酥油中的微量元素

摘    要:运用湿法消解和干灰化法等两种方法对工业用酥油和食用酥油进行消化处理,使用原子吸收光谱法测定了两种酥油中Ca、Na、Mg、Cu、Mn、Fe、Zn等7种微量元素。发现湿法消解在样品处理过程中优于干灰化法。采用湿法消解法回收率在95.98%—104.36%之间,相对标准偏差小于10%。

Abstract:The edible ghee and industrial ghee were handled with wet digestion method and dry ashing method. The contents of trace el- ements including Ca, Na, Mg, Cu, Mn, Fe, Zn were determined by Atomic Adsorption Spectrometry. Results found that wed digestion was better than dry ashing method. The recoveries of these mieroelements were between 95.98% --104. 36% and relative standard deviation was less than 10%.
