新型高性能氧化锡压敏陶瓷的研究

摘    要:本研究用化学级原料成功地制备出具有良好非线性电流-电压特性的SnO2压敏陶瓷,研究了新型SnO2压敏陶瓷的组成及制备方法,分析了有关性能参数,讨论了组成、显微结构和电性能之间的关系。其目的是开发出性能好、成本低的新一代压敏陶瓷材料。

Abstract:In this Study,the varistor ceramic of tin dioxide with excellent nonlinear current voltage characteristics have been successfully made up of Chemical pure materials.The composition and making method of a new tin dioxide based varistor ceramics have been studied,Its related performance parameters were andalyzed.Electrical properties of the varistor and its relation to comosition and microstructure were discussed.It was aimed at developing a new varistor ceramic material both excellent performance and low value.
