激光清洁技术及其应用

摘    要:介绍了一种新型材料加工技术——激光清洁技术。对其优点、作用机理和分类都进行了详细阐述,并分析了激光功率密度,脉冲数量,入射角和波长等因素对其清洁效果的影响。此外,还介绍了激光清洁的应用实例,结果表明:激光清洁的效果令人满意。

Abstract:A new material processing technology of laser cleaning is introduced. Its merit, mechanisms and types are all elaborated, the influence of laser power density, pulse number, incident angle and wavelength are also analyzed. Furthermore, some application examples of laser cleaning are introduced, and the results indicate that the cleaning effect is satisfying.
