摘    要:本研究基于一种气泡气动多级燃油雾化喷嘴。雾化气动旋流部分结构参数一定的条件下,对第一级气泡雾化中的气液预混芯与气泡生成室相配合的结构进行优化设计,并利用APV激光测试技术对不同气泡发生结构下的雾化场进行实验测试,从而确定出合理的气泡发生结构。结果表明,预混芯的气孔数目、气液面积比,及气泡生成室的长宽比均对喷嘴雾化效果有影响。优化气泡发生器的结构参数对改进燃油喷嘴的燃烧性能,提高燃烧器的效率具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:This research is based on a designed effervescent and multi-lever emulsified oil nozzle. Tests are conducted with different structure parameters of the effervescent creation equipment and the same air swirling structure in the multistep fuel atomizer, and then measured by APV system (Adaptive Phase/Doppler Velocimeter); consequently we analyze which structure is comparatively reasonable to create effer- vescence. The results of test show that the air aperture number, ratio of air-liquid area, ratio of length-width all have important influence on atomizing effect. The results are helpful for the improvement of combustion quality and the design of a high-effectual fuel atomizer.
