| 摘 要： | 同里古镇以其格局独特、风貌完好、文化深厚、民风淳朴而成为江南水乡众多城镇的典范和代表，随着时间推移和岁月流逝，其住宅和设施已出现物质性老化和功能性衰退。尤其是近年来古镇社会经济的迅速发展，以及居民生活水平提高的迫切要求，使古镇结构形态保护延续面临严峻挑战。因此，十分有必要在新的背景条件下，对其保护和发展进行整体思考和研究，以保证古镇空间的整体性和艺术性，实现其价值的推陈出新。

| Abstract: | The complete style, history of culture and honest people are the characteristics of the old Tongli Town in the south of the Yangtze River. It is a challenge to protect its original flavor under the present situation. Therefore, the comprehensive study to the proper treatment between the conservation and development for the historic town are needed indeed to realize the target keeping its ideal artistic with renovated value. |
