改性中空涤纶织物导湿快干性的模糊综合评判

摘    要:利用差动毛细效应原理设计了4种中空涤纶纱和其他涤纶丝交织的导湿功能针织物,测试了该织物的导湿性、内层干燥时间、保水率、整体干燥速度;采用模糊数学综合评判方法对测试数据进行处理分析,通过对权重系数和标准化值的计算得出综合评判值,从而得到织物导湿快干性能优劣的排序。

Abstract:Four kinds of hollow polyester yarns and polyester blended knitted fabrics with wet permeability functions were designed. The wet permeability, lining drying time, water retention rate and overall drying rate were tested. The fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method was used to analyze the tested data. The weight coefficient and standardized value were calculated to attain a comprehensive evaluation value. The wet permeability and quick-drying property of fabric were sequenced.
