摘    要:根据滚动轴承信号的特点,提出了一种基于小波包分解和共振解调技术相结合的滚动轴承故障诊断方法,并开发了基于虚拟仪器的故障诊断系统.首先采用小波包将信号进行分解,再利用共振解调技术分析小波包的高频段,以诊断轴承故障.然后运用LabVIEW图形化编程语言设计了相应的滚动轴承故障诊断程序,最后在ADBE-56-N4型交流电机上实测了6305型滚动轴承故障模拟信号,分析结果表明,该方法有效地提取了故障特征和诊断轴承故障,有很好的实用性和有效性.

Abstract:A fault diagnosis method of rolling bearings based on the wavelet packet decomposition and demodulated resonance is proposed,and fault diagnosis system is designed based on virtual instrument.Firstly the faults signals are decomposed by the wavelet packet,and the high frequency bands are analyzed by demodulated resonance technique.Secondly the fault diagnosis system based on the virtual instrument platform(LabVIEW) is developed.Finally,the fault signal of a type 6350 bearing installed on ADBE-56-N4 electric machine is measured in the laboratory to verify the method and the system presented above.The result indicates that it can accurately identify and diagnose the fault feature of rolling bearing.
