弹簧钢线材表面划伤缺陷的控制措施

摘    要:针对南钢生产高档次铁路弹簧钢38Si7大规格线材时需满足表面无划伤的要求,从坯料修磨、钢坯除鳞、导卫调整、辊环加工、吐丝管使用、盘卷打捆、储存和运输等方面都采取了严格的措施,并对导卫、导管及导槽进行了改进,确保了线材表面质量,成材率由93.5%提高到96.0%。

Abstract:To the customer requirement of non-scratch defect of 38Si7 large gauge spring steel wire for railway, some control measures of each process were applied,and the guide and guard units were reformed.By these measures,the surface quality of wire was assured,and the yield increased from 93.5%to 96.0%.
