蒸心离心机系统的工艺改造

福建东南电化股份有限公司原烧碱蒸发装置因存在碱泥高位槽经常处于满料溢流状态,使盐在蒸发系统中恶性循环,进而造成物料损失,降低了生产能力,增加了蒸汽消耗。改进工艺后,解决了上述问题,使烧碱产量得到提高,蒸汽消耗得到降低。

Process modification of centrifuge system in evaporation procedure

In the old caustic soda evaporation equiptment in Dongnan Electrochemical Inc. of Fujian Province,the high-level tank of caustic slurry was always in the status of overflow,which caused the vicious circulation of salt in the system, resulting in loss of materials,reduction of production capacity,and increase of steam consumption.After modifying process,the above problems were solved,and thus outputs of caustic soda were increased and steam consumption was decreased.
