摘    要:介绍了塑料件注射模侧向抽芯设计的几种方法。对塑料件侧向抽芯的特点进行总结。正确选择侧向抽芯方法是注射模设计的关键。主要介绍了多元多向抽芯塑料件的成型工艺及模具结构特点;并详细分析了模具的动作原理和过程,为类似产品注射模具的设计提出了一条新的思路。

Abstract:Several designs of side core-pulling for plastics injection mold were introduced. The side corepulling constituted a key factor in the design of injection molds. The characteristic structures of some molds with multi-direction, multi side core were analyzed, their operation mechanism was demonstrated.
