微波辅助萃取法测定覆盆子中有机氯农药残留

摘    要:建立了微波辅助萃取-固相萃取净化测定中药覆盆子中12种有机氯农药残留的分析方法。样品用石油醚微波提取,提取液用Florisil固相萃取柱净化,电子捕获检测器(ECD)检测。12种有机氯农药的峰面积与其质量浓度均有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数R2大于0.999,三个水平添加的平均回收率(n=5)82.52%~l12.9%,相对标准偏差为3.1%~7.8%,方法的检出限0.000 1~0.000 5μg.mL-1。本方法操作简单、快速净化效果佳,准确度好、精密度高。

Abstract:The microwave-assisted solid phase extraction purification method to determine twelve organochlorine pesticide residues in Fructus Rubi was introduced.The sample was extracted by microwave with petroleum ether.Extracts were purified by Florisil solid column and tested with electronic capture detector(ECD).Good linearity(R2>0.999) between peak area and mass concentration was obtained for 12 organochlorine pesticides.The average recovery rate(n = 5) at three concentration levels was from 82.52% to l12.9%,with...
