摘    要:频率跟踪是防止保护装置误动的一项重要措施.文章首先推导了采样频率失配条件下傅立叶变换的基本公式,并通过对变换结果的分析提出了一种新颖的频率跟踪算法.然后,描述了实施该算法的基本步骤,并介绍了实施算法过程中两种数字滤波器的特性与设计方法.最后,利用一个具体算例验证了本文算法的有效性.

Abstract:Frequency tracking is an important measure toavoid the misoperation of protective relaying. Here, at first thebasic formulae of Fourier transform under the samplingfrequency mismatch are deduced. Through the analysis on thetransform results a novel frequency tracking algorithm ispresented. Then the main implementation procedures of thepresented algorithm are described, the characteristics anddesign approach of two digital filters during theimplementa-tion are given. The effectiveness of the presentedalgorithm is verified by a practical calculation example.
