乙烯化工污水回用循环水工程实践

为实现节水减排的目的，中石化茂名乙烯将二级生化处理的达标污水进行适度处理后，用于循环水补充水或其他用途，进一步提高水的重复利用率。污水回用核心技术采用内循环BAF工艺和高效纤维过滤器工艺，处理出水的COD、氨氮、石油类和悬浮物浓度等主要指标可分别小于50、5．0、2．0和10mg／L，浊度小于5．0NTU，符合乙烯化工循环水补充水的要求。
