纳米铁/SiO2核壳复合粒子的制备与性能表征

摘    要:利用硅烷偶联剂 APS和活性硅作表面活性剂 ,采用种子包埋法 ,制备了纳米铁 / Si O2 核壳复合粒子。用 TEM、TG- DTA、VSM对材料结构与性能进行表征。TG- DTA表明纳米铁表面没有吸附水和结晶水 ,而抗氧化能力提高。VSM研究发现包裹一层二氧化硅后 ,饱和磁化强度与剩磁对比纳米铁粉减小 ,而矫顽力增大

Abstract:The Nano-SiO 2-coated-iron composite powder was prepared by the seeded growth process with 3-aminopropyl-trimethoxysilane (APS) and active silica as surfactant. The composite powder was characterized by the differential scanning calorimetry-thermogravimetry (DSC-TG), transmission electron microscope (TEM), vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). No absorbing water and crystal water were found in the composite powder by DSC-TG. The silicate was uniformly coated on the surfaces of nano-iron particles by TEM observations. The results of VSM showed after coating the saturation magnetization and remnant magnetization decrease, while the coercive increases.
