大型圆筒件超声检测系统的设计

摘    要:大型圆筒件是某设备的核心部件,使用工况恶劣,易产生损伤。目前使用的损伤检测方法无法保证设备的正常使用,为此设计了一套超声无损检测自动探伤系统。详细阐述了该探伤系统的超声波发射/接收系统、信号处理系统和自动扫查机构的工作原理,简要说明了系统的硬件和软件设计方案。试验验证,该方案实现了对大型圆筒件的自动清洗和检测,取得了较好效果。

Abstract:Large scale columnar device was a key part of some equipment which worked in severe condition and might produce flaw easily. But the present nondestructive testing method couldn't ensure the equipment work normally. So an automatic flaw detection system for large scale columnar device with ultrasonic testing technology was designed. The working principle of ultrasonic transmitting/receiving card, signal processing system and automatic scanning mechanism were expatiated, and hardware and software design plan was described briefly. Testing demonstrated that the design actualized automatic clean-up and flaw detection for large scale columnar device, and good result was achieved.
