| 摘 要： | 除氧器是火力发电厂重要的附属设备,主要作用是对锅炉给水进行加热除氧,以防止水对设备及系统管道的溶氧腐蚀。陡河发电厂1号除氧器运行已达30年,设备劣化等问题逐渐暴露,按压力容器标准检验已应报废,针对这些问题,我厂委托上海电站辅机厂,对1号除氧器进行了重新设计和水箱分段制造,设计图中淋水盘箱改为“Z”字形排列。水箱加强环采用了当今最先进的真空密封环结构,可有效地解决原加强环结构不合理而造成水箱母材易产生裂纹的问题。在除氧器改造后,经运行的各项参数证明,除氧器的更换改造是成功的。

| Abstract: | Deaerator is an important auxiliary equipment in a fossil-fired power plant which is used for deaerating the boiler feedwater so as not to corrode the equipment and piping system with dissolved oxygen.No.1 deaerafor in Douhe Power Plant has operated for over 30 years,degradation of which is gradually serious and it shall be scrapped.Therefore,SDF was entrusted to redesign No.1 deaerator and to fabricate the water tank in sections.The trays are arrauged in the form of "Z" in the redesigned drawing.The most advanced vacuum tight ring is adopted as the stiffen-ing ring of the tank,which will solve the problem of cracking in the tank because of unreasonable structure of original ring.The retrofit of the deaerntor is verified successful based on the operated parameters after retrofit. |
