| 摘 要： | 介绍了房地产项目的风险因素,形成了风险指标体系,建立了AHP和模糊综合评价法相结合的多层次、多因素模糊评价模型,并运用该模型对项目风险进行了风险评估,最后,运用实例证明了模型的可行性.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the risky factors of real estate,forms the system of risk control,and then sets up a model which synthesizes the AHP and fuzzy synthetic appraisement method to evaluate the factors.A given example shows it is good to estimate the risks in the projects. |
