数字化钻井系统现场设备信息模块的设计

摘    要:现场设备信息模块是数字化钻井系统的重要组件模块,讨论了现场设备信息模块的划分、设计准则和主要设计内容。以钻井泵的数字信息组件模块为例,采用模块化设计方法、现场设备网络的开放网络和现场总线解决方案设计的钻井泵数字信息组件模块,具有传输信号稳定、可靠性高、抑制噪声能力强、组建现场网络成本低等特点。试验测试证明了采用该设计方案设计的钻井泵数字信息组件模块的适用性和可靠性。

Abstract:An information module in field equipment is an important assembly module for a digital drilling system, the division, design criteria and the principal design content of information module in the field equipment are discussed. By taking the component module of digital information for drilling pumps for example, the component module of digital information for the drilling pumps designed by using modular design method, open network in field equipment networks and field bus-bar have the characteristics of steady signal transfer, high reliability, strong ability for noise control and low cost for building field networks. Experiments indicate that the component module designed with the scheme is adaptable and reliable.
