| Abstract: | This paper presents a mathematical model which can simulate the burden distribution, burden and gas temperature distribution and gas flow distribution in the blast furnace. Based on this model,a prediction model is built which can foretell the shape and position of the cohesive zone in the blast furnace. The numerical simulation model and prediction model on the blast furnace form an integrated analysis system, which is applied to actual production blast furnace and proved to be of practical value. |
