KV-3可延时固化的网络覆膜砂研究

疏松砂岩油藏开发到中后期,射开的油层越来越多,由于油层出砂而造成的亏空越来越大,防砂的难度越来越大。针对这一问题,开发了适合于多层防砂的KV-3型可以延时固化的网络树脂覆膜砂。本文介绍了KV-3型网络覆膜砂的延时固化原理,新型树脂的筛选、新型覆膜砂的制备、延时固化剂的筛选,以及加入网络剂后各种相关性能考察。通过研究认为,开发的KV-3型网络覆膜砂可以人为控制固化,同时具有较高的强度,较高的渗透率,在一定的压力和排量下有防止覆膜砂反吐的功能,因此可以用一次防砂管柱实现多层防砂施工的目的。

RESEARCH ON KV-3 NET RESIN COVERED SAND USED IN MULTI - LAYERS SAND CONTROL

In the mid - late period of development of sand rock reservoir, the opened reservoir becomes more and more, loss caused by sand production becomes more and more serious. In the light of this problem, we developed KV-3 net resin covered sand for multi - layers sand control. This paper introduces the selection of net agent, the principle of KV-3 and strength of net covered sand, etc. Through research, the net covered sand has the following features: higher permeability, higher strength of covered sand and function of anti-spiting under certain pressure and displacement and so multi - layers sand control can be realized using disposable sand control pipe.
