米糠中植酸磷的体外消化试验

摘    要:试验采用体外消化的方法,借助植酸酶制剂将米糠中的植酸磷转化为无机磷,对植酸酶制剂的消化率作了初步测定,植酸磷的消化率可达60.3%;并对其最适pH值、适宜用量、适宜作用时间进行了探讨。

Abstract:The test was carried out by the method of in-vitro digestion. The phytate phosphorus in rice bran was converted into inorganic phosphorus by means of a phytic acid enzyme preparation, so that the feed value of rive bran could be improved. In addition, the applicable amount and the most paper pH value of phytic acid enzyme were discussed.
