| 摘 要： | 应用改进的层次分析法，对施工方案多目标优选决策进行了研究，通过使用三标度法构造比较矩阵，经过转换求解得到一致性判断矩阵，然后进行层次单排序、层次总排序，得到了最优施工方案。

| Abstract: | The article applies the improvement the analytic hierarchy process, establishment plan of construction choice analytic hierarchy process optimal model, to the plan of construction multi - objective optimal decisions has conducted the research. Through uses three scale method to construct the comparison matrix,obtains the uniform judgment matrix after the transformation solution, then carries on level list sorts and the level total sorts, obtained the most superior plan of construction. |
