纯钼板及钼合金板热轧工艺探讨

摘    要:介绍了Mo-1、TZM、Mo-20W 3个牌号粉冶烧结板坯的热轧工艺试验,主要研究了变形温度、变形量对板材密度、硬度等的影响。在不同状态板材上,取样分析了板材的密度、硬度、金相,结果发现了3个牌号采用该工艺后,板材的密度、硬度随着变形量的增加而提高,当变形80%时,其密度接近理论值,板材的组织细密而均匀,质量及性能可满足用户要求。

Abstract:Hot-rolling technological test of sintered plates of Mo-1、TZM、Mo-20W has been introduced and the influences of deformation temperature,amount of deformation on density and hardness of plates have been studied in this paper.Density,hardness and microstructure of the different state plates have been analyzed.The result shows that density,hardness of three kinds of plates increase with the increase of amount deformation through using this technology.When amount of deformation is 80%,density of plate approaches the value of theory and microstructure of plate becomes fine,dense and homogeneous.The quality and performance of plate can meet the requirements of users.
