关于后置处理器设计中进给速度处理方法的研究

摘    要:在多轴联动数控机床加工中,实际表面进给速度与程序中定义的速度往往不一致,从而影响了加工效率和表面质量。本文针对上述问题,探讨了后置处理器设计中关于进给速度的处理方法,并基于本文方法进行了后置处理系统开发。生产实践表明了这些方法的可行性。

Abstract:In the processing of multi-axes synchronous CNC machine tools,the actual surface feed rate wasn't equal to the rate defined in the program. Thus,the machining efficiency and the surface texture were all influenced. Aiming at the problem above motioned,the method how to solve the problem when designing the system of post processor was discussed in this paper. Combined with this method,the post processing system for the machine tool was developed. The production practice showed the feasibility of these methods.
