| Abstract: | Mine construction is the site-oriented speciality,and the cultivation of post working abilities must put stress on the construction site.Based on the working system of pre-employment,this paper carries out the practical exploration on the school-enterprise personnel training mode in theory teaching and post practice,and presents relevant countermeasures toward the existing problems. |
