摘    要:镁合金常温下塑性差、散热快,在共晶温度以上锻造时会产生严重开裂。这就决定了镁合金不宜采用常规锻造方法。等温锻造成形过程中温度基本不变,可消除镁合金在常温下成形性能差的问题。本文介绍了国内外镁合金等温锻造的进展。

Abstract:Magnesium alloy has poor plasticity at room temperature, and will fracture when forged above its eutectic temperature. So it is usually processed by isothermal forging, which provide selected temperature steadily to improve the plasticity of magnesium alloy. The development of isothermal forging process on magnesium alloy domestic and international was presented in this paper.
