铝合金导体铸件低压铸造模具设计与工艺

摘    要:主要介绍了具有导电性能要求的铝合金导体铸件低压铸造模具的结构设计.并确定了其低压铸造工艺参数。该模具通过设计铸件璧厚和双层浇道同时实现了平稳充型和良好的补缩效果.生产的导体铸件同时满足气密性和导电性的工艺需求。

MOLD DESIGN AND PROCESS PARAMETERS FOR LOW PRESSLRE DIE CASTING OF A CONDUCTIVE ALUMINUM ALLOY CASTING
Abstract:It was mainly introduced in this paper the structure design of a low pressure die casting die possessing a aluminum alloy casting with electrical conductivity requirement, and the corresponding process parameters were determined. During mould design, changing the wall thickness and double layer runner were applied to achieve stable filling and good feeding effect. The produced castings in industrial practice fulfilled both demand in air tightness and conductivity, casting, and expatiate the working process of the casting die.
