和政县农民增收的影响因素及对策研究

消除贫困，实现共同富裕是社会主义制度的本质要求。努力增加农民收入，降低贫困人口数量是建设中国特色社会主义的重要任务，是深入贯彻落实科学发展观的必然要求，是坚持以人为本、执政为民的重要体现，是统筹城乡区域发展、保障和改善民生、缩小发展差距、促进落后民族地区全体人民共享改革发展成果的重要举措。这项工作事关巩固党的执政基础，事关国家的长治久安，事关社会主义现代化建设的大局。从临夏回族自治州和政县县情出发，分析了影响和政县农民增收的原因，提出相应的发展对策。

On the Factors to Country Farmer Income and the Countermeasures in Hezheng County

Elimination of poverty and realization of common prosperity are the essential requirements of the so- cialist system. Striving to increase the income of farmers and reducing the amount of population of poverty are an important task of building socialism with Chinese characteristics; the inevitable requirement of thoroughly imple- menting the scientific outlook on development; important reflection of adhering to the people-oriented, ruling for the people, are the important initiatives of urban and rural regional development, safeguarding and improving people＇s livelihood policy; narrowing the development gap between urban and suburb areas, promoting all of the people in backward national region to share the fruits of reform and development. This work is to consolidate the party＇s ruling foundation, the issue closely relates to national long period of stability, the issue involves socialistic modernization overall situation.
