基于因子分析法的国内四大邮轮母港竞争力比较

通过竞争力影响因素分析建立了邮轮母港竞争力综合评价指标体系,对邮轮港口条件、旅游综合服务能力、经济发展水平、交通及邮电通达度等4项指标进行了综合比较;运用因子分析法对国内邮轮母港建设最具代表性的四大邮轮母港(上海吴淞口国际邮轮港、厦门海峡邮轮中心、天津国际邮轮母港和三亚凤凰岛国际邮轮港)进行了实证分析.结果表明:四大邮轮母港各有特点,其中上海吴淞口国际邮轮港综合竞争力最强,天津国际邮轮母港在邮轮港口条件建设方面较为领先,厦门海峡邮轮中心发展潜力较大.研究结果为我国邮轮母港的发展、布局规划以及相关研究提供了参考.

Comparison of Competitiveness Between Four Domestic Major Cruise Homeports Based on Factor Analysis

Based on the analysis of affecting factors, a comprehensive evaluation index system of cruise homeport competitiveness was established, comprehensive comparison of four indicators that the cruise port conditions, comprehensive service capabilities, level of economic development, transports and telecommunications accessibility was carried out. Based on the factor analysis method, an empirical analysis was conducted for the most representative of four big homeports,namely Shanghai Wusongkou International Cruise Port, Xiamen International Cruise Center, Tianjin International Cruise Home Port and Sanya Phoenix Island International Cruise Port. The result shows that four major homeports have their own characteristics that comprehensive competitiveness of Shanghai Wusongkou International Cruise Port is the strongest,Tianjin International Cruise Homeport is leading in homeport construction, and Xiamen International Cruise Center has larger development potential. The result can provide some suggestions for the development,layout and studies of cruise homeport.
