| Abstract: | First,the article points out the role the labor union should play in constructing harmonious labor-capital relations in private sectors,then it analyzes the situation of union's role in protecting workers' legal rights and points out the reason why the union was not strong in protecting workers' legal rights.The paper proposes the measures to be more effective for the union in constructing harmonious labor-capital relations in private enterprises. |
