摘    要:探讨了旋压工艺中辊轮导入角对材料变形的影响和三辊错距成形角与辊缝设计的关系,并根据道次减薄率,材料变形回弹和机械回弹等因素,设计合理的辊缝,以获得理想的变形状态和成品精度。

Abstract:The effect of the roll leading-in angle on the material deformation and the relation between the three-roll-staggered forming angle and the roll seam design are studied and discussed. According to factors like the pass reduction rate,material deformation resilience and mechanical resilience,reasonable roll seams are designed so that ideal deformation state and finished product precision can be obtained.
