摘    要:探讨了Cr12MoV钢的TD盐浴渗钒,运用金相显微镜、显微硬度测试仪、X射线荧光能谱、XRD结构分析、电子探针进行渗层断面元素线扫描及耐磨性等试验分析方法,观察、测定了渗层的组织、相结构、渗层硬度分布、相对耐磨性等特性。结果表明,该渗层组织均匀,结构致密,具有很高的显微硬度和较高的耐磨性。应用于冷作模具时,配合适当的热处理工艺,可获得高的使用寿命。

Abstract:The salt bath vanadizing process was studied for Cr12MoV steel. By optical microscopy, hardness, XRF, X ray diffraction, etal, the microstructure, phase structure, hardness distributional and wear properties of the coating were determind. The results show that the coating is essentially compact,has uniform stractare,hardness and good wear property. High service life can be obtained when applying to cold work dies.
