摘    要:比较了典型天然气液化流程(氮气膨胀制冷、氮气甲烷膨胀制冷、丙烷预冷混合制冷剂一次分离制冷、丙烷预冷混合制冷剂二次分离制冷、混合制冷剂制冷)的功耗、冷箱冷负荷、压缩机轴功率、火甩损失等技术参数。

Abstract:The power consumption, cold load of cold box, axis power of compressor, exergy loss and other technical parameters of five typical liquefaction processes are compared. These processes include nitrogen expanding refrigeration, nitrogen and methane expanding refrigeration, once separate refrigeration with propane precooled mixed refrigerant, twice separate refrigeration with propane precooled mixed refrigerant and mixed refrigerant refrigeration.
