摘    要:塔里木盆地的超深井在深井段钻井过程中井斜超标问题时有发生,影响了下部井段的安全钻进.为降低井斜超标的影响,首先从地质因素和工程因素两方面分析了超深井深部井斜的因为;结合塔里木探区超深井钻井实践,提出了井斜控制与纠斜的技术方法.对于地层比较稳定的井段,常规钟摆钻具组合配合大尺寸钻铤及合理的工艺措施,可以防止井斜;当常规防...

Abstract:Hole deviation often occurs during the deep interval drilling of ultra-deep wells in Tarim Basin,which undermines the safety of deeper interval drilling process.In order to reduce the influence of hole deviation,this paper analyzed the causes of hole deviation and proposed a series of hole deviation control technologies based on the analysis of geological and engineering reasons for hole deviation and drilling practices of several ultra-deep wells in Tarim Basin.For the stable formations,the pendulum assembly with large drill collar and sound technical measures can be used.When the normal deviation protection technology is not feasible,the bent screw plus MWD can be used to control well deviation and increase drilling rate.To avoid temperature restriction of positive displacement drill,the turbo drill with gear reducer and PDC can effectively realize deviation prevention in small deep hole.For the formations with large dip angle,the automatic vertical drilling system may be the most effective method.This study can provide a good reference for deviation control in deep sections with similar situations.
