| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了带散热筋封闭式电机端盖型模的分体加工制造工艺,以及普通机床在模具制造上的拓展应用.同时,分析了它在确保端盖模具加工质量的前提下,对提高模具加工精度,提高加工效率,缩短加工时间,降低制造成本上所起的作用.

| Abstract: | The split manufacturing technology of the bracket pattern mould for large-size motors,and the application of normal machine tools for manufacturing mould was introduced.Good effects on increasing the process efficiency,shortening process time,reducing the process cost and improving the process precision of the mould was analyzed. |
