摘    要:设计了一种基于DSP的数字化控制PWM调速送丝系统.该系统采用感应电压负反馈的控制方式,并在传统PI控制的基础上,结合模糊控制,构成模糊PI控制器,实现转速的在线调节.实验证明,此送丝系统具有优良的静、动态特性和良好的送丝控制线性度,在负载突变时,调节迅速.可较好满足C02气体保护焊送丝机控制工作要求.

Abstract:A digital PWM wire-feeding timing system with DSP is designed,an inverse feedback control method of induction voltage is introduced.Based on traditional PI control and fuzzy control,a new fuzzy PI controller is investigated to realize the online regulation of rotate speed.It is proved by tests that the wire feeding system with the better characteristics of dynamic and static,and the linearity is also better than others,especially when the load changes in short time,it can response rapidly,which can satisfy ...
